This is a 2 prong Cocobolo hair fork.
Cocobolo comes from central America and can be seen in a kaleidoscope of different colours, ranging from yellow, orange, red, and shades of brown with streaks of black or purple.
Commonly used for fine furniture, musical instruments, turnings and other small specialty objects.
With the range of colours found in this wood it does make a very distinctive and unique hair fork.
